The hamstrings are known to be one of those muscle groups that people injure more frequently than others. The structure and function of this complex set of muscles means that they have to produce force at both the hip and the knee, often stabilising one end while shortening/lengthening at the other. To give yourself the best chance of staying injury free and getting stronger and faster, watch the video below for some tips on training the hamstrings.
